If you need to contact us regarding an order, a sponsorship inquiry, or for any other reason, please use our contact page and contact us through Instagram.

You can redeem discounts and promo codes right on your shopping cart page. Simply click the “Have a coupon?” option, enter your code, and make sure to hit “Apply” before checking out!

At our workshop, we strive to process and ship in-stock orders within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take a bit longer—please check the in-cart messaging for any updates. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations may also take additional time.

For a small fee, we offer same-day delivery within 30 miles of the Denver Metro area. Venmo is accepted for payment. To arrange same-day delivery, just send us a message on Instagram.

Buy with confidence using the Stripe payment gateway. Your purchase will show up as “Penzii Corp.” we accept Visa, Matercard, American Express and Discover. 

Product availability may vary from time to time. If the item you’re looking for is out of stock, don’t worry—our inventory is regularly restocked, and we maintain consistent styles, so you won’t miss out on your favorites.

Once your order is placed, our shipping team gets to work immediately to get your product to you as quickly as possible. Because of this fast turnaround, we’re unable to make changes to orders after they’ve been submitted.

We work hard to ship orders promptly. All orders are shipped from our Colorado workshop. You can check or track your order status with the tracking number, once your purchase is complete.

We provide complimentary FedEx 2-day shipping on all U.S. domestic orders over $50. 

On all international orders taxes, shipping, and additional fees may apply.

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. After your product has shipped, all sales are final and we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We want you to love your Penzii purchase. Please note that all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns.

In select cases, we may approve exchanges for full-price online orders within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Discounted items, Pro Program purchases, and promotional orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time.
