Cancellations
If we are unable to accept your cancellation request before your order ships, eligible orders can be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Please review our Exchange Policy for more information and to initiate the exchange.
How do I redeem my discount code?
You can redeem discounts and promotional codes on your shopping cart page. While on the cart page, click on the 'Have a coupon' option and enter your code. Do not forget to click on 'Apply' before proceeding to checkout!
What is Penzii's exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your Penzii purchase. We accept product exchanges for full-price online orders within 30 days of the purchase date provided products are unused and in the original packaging. Pro Program orders are not eligible for return at this time. We do not process refunds or returns.
Shipping
At our workshop, we work hard to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days for in-stock merchandise. However, during busier times of the year, it may take longer. Please refer to the in-cart site messaging for potential shipping delays. Also, note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or abroad may take longer than usual.
What is Polarization?
Polarised lenses are like noise-canceling headphones for your eyes, as they filter out glare from horizontal surfaces such as snow, water and asphalt, resulting in increased depth perception, visual acuity, and reduced eye fatigue. All Penzii sunglasses are made with polarised lenses.
Where is my order?
We work hard to ship orders promptly. All orders are shipped from our Colorado workshop. You can check or track your order status with the tracking number, once your purchase is complete.
Same Day Service
For a nominal fee, we offer same-day delivery of your product within 30 miles of the Denver Metro area. We accept Venmo as payment method. To schedule the same-day delivery, kindly send us a message on Instagram.
What if the product I want is unavailable?
Product inventory may occasionally vary. If the product you are looking for is not in stock, please be patient. We frequently restock our inventory and remain consistent with our styles, so there is no need to worry about missing out on a product you like.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Thank you for choosing Penzii. As soon as your order is placed, our shipping team begins working to ship your product to you as quickly as possible. As a result, there is no delay that allows us time to change orders once they have been submitted.

We deploy no plastic packaging when your product ships to you.

If there is an error in your order and you need to cancel it, please head over to the contact page and let us know. Make sure to include your order number (found in your order confirmation email), and use the description box to inform us of your request's details.

Our products are handpicked, curated, and designed in Denver, Colorado. Our manufacturing is deployed out of Taiwan, with collaborating factories in Japan, Germany, and Italy.
